We are the Twisted Dragons, a 45+ mixed recreational dragon boat team paddling from our home base at the UBC Boathouse, on the Fraser River in Richmond, British Columbia. We paddle two times a week – Saturday mornings from 10am to 11:30 and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7:30. Our season runs from March to the end of September.
We’re in it for the fun and the fitness, but you can find us at many local dragon boat races, sometimes on the podium. (Okay, maybe not A division, but still…!)
